According to the announcement of enterprise information, the legal representative of the company is Qin Lihong, catalog number 214, registered address is Building F, Hengchuang Intelligent Technology Park, No. 3963 Susong Road, Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui Province, and production address is No. 299 Baita Road, Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui Province. According to industry speculation, NIO Automobile has obtained independent production qualifications.
As a representative of the early new forces in car manufacturing, among the first echelon formed by "Weixiaoli", only NIO has not yet obtained the qualifications for car manufacturing and relies on Jianghuai Automobile for OEM production. Ideal and Xiaopeng respectively obtained production qualifications by acquiring 100% equity of Chongqing Lifan Automobile Co., Ltd. and 100% equity of Guangdong Fudi Automobile Co., Ltd. under Lifan Automobile in 2018 and 2020. Nowadays, with the continuous increase in new car sales and the comprehensive deployment of charging and swapping networks, NIO, which wants to "showcase its strength", is increasingly seeking independent production qualifications.
On the evening of October 19th this year, Jianghuai Automobile released a notice on the transfer of some assets through public listing. It plans to transfer some assets through public listing, with a net book value of approximately 4212.0194 million yuan and an estimated asset value of approximately 4497.8626 million yuan. The announcement shows that this transaction involves inventory, fixed assets, and construction in progress at the three factories of the passenger car company; Three factories, buildings, ongoing projects, and land use rights; Three asset packages, including the structure and equipment of the Xinqiao factory.
At that time, there were reports that the two factories involved were the Jianghuai NIO Advanced Manufacturing Base and the Jianghuai NIO Second Advanced Manufacturing Base, namely NIO F1 Factory and F2 Factory. NIO may acquire these assets to seek independent production qualifications. "The assets involved in this announcement are indeed related equipment and assets of the two factories that Jianghuai and NIO cooperate with. This transfer will not have any impact on the normal market operations of Jianghuai and NIO." Qin Lihong, co-founder and president of NIO, said at the "NIO Manufacturing Day" held on October 20th. "We are unable to disclose more information yet. When it is convenient to share with everyone, we will communicate with everyone."

Qin Lihong responded to the media that there is currently no information available for release. According to official data, NIO delivered a total of 15959 new cars in November, a year-on-year increase of 12.6%; A total of 142026 new cars were delivered from January to November this year, a year-on-year increase of 33.1%. In addition, NIO has delivered a total of 431582 new cars.
