According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Shanghai Shishishun Logistics Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dingdong Maicai, was fined 10400 yuan by the Shanghai Pudong New Area Market Supervision Administration for violating advertising laws.
According to the punishment reasons, when the party involved sold Dingdong customized white peach sake on the "Dingdong Buying Vegetables" online platform, they posted advertising content that induced drinking, such as "one cup after another is so delicious that it cannot be stopped"; When selling Dingdong customized bubble fruit wine, a wide range of content such as "unstoppable tons" is released to induce drinking. In addition, when the party involved sold a protective clothing fragrance bead, they posted advertisements such as "Root Clean Taste", "After washing, there is still a fragrance left after 72 hours", "The clothes can still smell when sweating", and "Hot Pot Party odor completely does not touch the body". After verification, there is no evidence to prove that the product ingredients can achieve the aforementioned promotional effect.
