This information indicates that NIO (09866. HK/NIO. US) has obtained independent vehicle manufacturing qualifications.
The official announcement of NIO Automobile has not been made yet. Red Star Capital Bureau has been seeking confirmation from the relevant person in charge of NIO whether they have obtained the qualification for independent car manufacturing. As of the time of publication, no response has been received.

According to the Credit Information Management System of Vehicle Production Enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the legal representative of NIO Automotive Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd. is Qin Lihong (President of NIO), with a registered address at Building F, Hengchuang Intelligent Technology Park, No. 3963 Susong Road, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hefei City, Anhui Province, and a production address at No. 299 Baita Road, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hefei City, Anhui Province. This address is exactly Hefei Xinqiao Industrial Park.
NIO Motors previously used the production qualification of Jianghuai Automobile (600418. SH).
On October 19th, Jianghuai Automobile announced that it plans to transfer some assets through listing, involving inventory, fixed assets, construction in progress, buildings and land use rights of the third factory of the passenger car company, as well as the structure and equipment assets of the new bridge factory of the passenger car company. The proposed listing price is 4.498 billion yuan.
It is reported that the two factories involved in the transfer are two factories jointly operated by JAC and NIO, namely JAC NIO Advanced Manufacturing Base and JAC NIO Second Advanced Manufacturing Base, namely NIO F1 Factory and NIO F2 Factory. Some argue that NIO may acquire the aforementioned assets and further seek independent production qualifications.
Qin Lihong, co-founder and president of NIO, clearly stated on October 20th during NIO Manufacturing Day that the assets involved in the asset transfer announcement of JAC Automobile are indeed equipment and assets related to the factory that JAC and NIO cooperate with. He said, "This transfer will not have any impact on the normal market operations of Jianghuai and NIO companies. We are unable to disclose more information yet, but we will communicate with everyone when it is convenient to share."
