Unleashing AI computing power, green energy, and industrial Fulian collaborate with Intel to release a new generation of advanced cooling technology

On November 8th, during the 2023 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, Industrial Alliance and Intel jointly released the next generation of advanced cooling technology, aiming to break through the current limits of liquid cooling technology and provide advanced cooling solutions for the growing demand for AI computing power.
AI has triggered an explosive growth in computing power demand, and issues such as energy consumption and heat dissipation have constrained the development of computing power. Liquid cooling is an inevitable choice for the next generation of server cooling technology. The superfluid liquid cooling technology released this time aims to reduce the viscosity and friction of the coolant, improve the thermal convection coefficient and buoyancy effect, break the bottleneck of single-phase immersion liquid cooling technology, and further improve the heat dissipation performance of the liquid cooling system.
This technology was jointly developed by Industrial Fulian and Intel, and has completed the design, development and test verification of progressiveness cooling system. According to experimental data, the use of superfluid liquid cooling technology can meet the heat dissipation requirements of over 800W TDP. System optimization and radiator design are further improved to achieve the heat dissipation target of 1500W TDP.
It is reported that superfluid technology is suitable for the heat dissipation solutions of single point cold plate liquid cooled servers and submerged liquid cooled servers, and meets the liquid cooling deployment requirements of existing or new data centers.
Industrial Fulian introduced that the company is actively exploring cutting-edge technologies in the field of liquid cooling. Previously, it independently developed the world's smallest fourth generation Xeon high-performance processor computing module, which achieved high-density and high computing power deployment through modular design, meeting computing power requirements from the cloud to the edge, and achieving energy conservation and carbon reduction.
In addition, Industrial Fulian has launched a liquid cooling monitoring system to monitor the working status and health status of the liquid cooling system in real-time, achieving efficient operation and maintenance management.
In order to achieve common prosperity throughout the entire industrial chain, Industrial Alliance has been committed to building a liquid cooling ecosystem and deepening industry cooperation for a long time. Since 2018, Industrial Fulian and Intel have jointly carried out a series of technological innovation projects, releasing multiple industry standard guidelines such as liquid cooling specifications and white papers to promote the large-scale application of technology.
