In the past year, the number of unmanned delivery orders for building express delivery in Beijing has exceeded 150000.
For the scenario of building express delivery, JD Logistics has also developed indoor delivery robots, which are used in JD express service centers such as office buildings and shopping malls. They work closely with express delivery agents to provide comprehensive express delivery services such as package delivery and collection. As of now, JD Logistics has deployed indoor delivery robots in multiple cities such as Beijing, Zhengzhou, Changsha, Chongqing, Chengdu, Wuhan, and Jining, including Beijing Zhonghai Plaza, Beijing Global Trade Center, Beijing Jinyu Building, Chongqing Wealth Financial Center FFC, Zhengzhou Zhengshang Jingkai Plaza, and other commercial real estate projects that have reached cooperation with JD Logistics.
JD Express uses indoor delivery robots to deliver packages, and users can receive packages on designated floors within 5-10 minutes. It is worth mentioning that robots with collection functions can not only provide users in office buildings with the service of delivering packages to their workstations, but also directly send packages at their workstations.
