It is understood that Pinduoduo's 10 billion yuan subsidy will provide additional official subsidies for products participating in this "single item reduction" activity, with no upper limit on investment, ensuring that consumers do not chip in or do arithmetic problems, and purchase high-quality and affordable products in the simplest way possible. At present, the first batch of brand products participating in single item reduction activities has exceeded 20000.
In addition, Pinduoduo's subsidy of over 10 billion yuan will also be combined with over 100 domestic and foreign top brands, including mobile phones, home appliances, beauty, clothing, mother and child care, home care, pets, outdoor, grain and oil, and fast moving consumer goods, to launch the "Top 10 Billion Day".
Benefiting from consumers' preference for cost-effective products, the 10 billion subsidy channel has become a powerful engine for brand rapid growth. "The person in charge of the 10 billion subsidy in Pinduoduo stated that compared to last year's promotion, the brand product pool with the 10 billion subsidy is expected to increase by 110% year-on-year, especially for domestic products such as beauty, toiletries, stationery, clothing, and cleaning.
