Recently, HUIZ. US released the "Xiaoma Claims 2023 Annual Service Report" and "HUIZ Customer Service Annual Report" (hereinafter referred to as the "Annual Report"). According to the Annual Report, in 2023, Huize provided professional insurance services for over 1 million households and over 11 million policies, and assisted 92000 customers in handling claims. The amount of compensation received was 570 million yuan, and the legitimate rights and interests of customers were 11.4135 million yuan.
Huize stated that in terms of medical insurance, Huize Xiaoma assisted more than 57000 medical insurance clients in claiming a total of 49.095 million yuan. In terms of death claims, Huize Xiaoma assisted in 254 death claims in 2023, with a cumulative compensation amount of 80 million yuan.
