On November 15th local time, the Boeing Board of Directors announced the election of Tim Buckley as its newest member, effective from January 1st, 2025. Barkley will serve on the Finance Committee and the Governance and Public Policy Committee. Barkley, 55, previously served as the Chairman and CEO of Vanguard Group, managing an 80% increase in asset size during his tenure. As the 12th member of the board of directors, Barkley will be the 10th new director added by Boeing since 2019.
