According to shareholder information, the company is wholly owned by WeRide Hong Kong Limited, a subsidiary of Wenyuan Zhixing.
Wenyuan Zhixing just achieved IPO listing on NASDAQ in the United States on October 28th, with an issue price of $15.5 per American Depositary Share (ADS), raising $120 million. As of yesterday, the market value was approximately 4.05 billion US dollars.
