On October 31st, according to CCTV News, a Russian court fined Google approximately $200000000000 (35 digits) for shutting down its Russian television channel account on the video website YouTube. The court ordered Google to restore the accounts of all Russian national television broadcasting companies, Channel 1, independent television station Red Star, and other television channels, otherwise Google will be fined.
