It is reported that in July 2024, Yihang will start using Feishu; In August, the Yihang Efficiency "Aviator" Competition was launched to promote Yihang's internal digital transformation through the use of Feishu. At present, Yihang has accumulated best practices and efficiency improvement cases in scenarios such as information collaboration, knowledge management, cultural dissemination, and business development. If the manufacturing engineering department uses Feishu multidimensional tables, it can unify the data source, switch multiple views of a data table for easy viewing of status, and also achieve a management loop, allowing production problems to be effectively fed back to the research and development department. The operations department uses Feishu multidimensional tables to optimize the "external task scheduling", build a requirement iteration plan, establish a system dashboard, and clearly see the task execution status of all technical personnel. In addition, a large number of efficiency improvement solutions have emerged in sales, personnel, finance and other scenarios.
According to data, Yihang is currently the world's first manned eVTOL company to collect all three certificates, and the only eVTOL host manufacturer listed in China. In the second quarter of 2024, the company completed the delivery of 49 unmanned manned aircraft, and the commercial operation process is accelerating.
