The Spanish antitrust agency, the National Commission for Market and Competition (CNMC), has launched an investigation into Apple's competitive behavior.
CNMC stated in an email on Wednesday that Apple may be imposing unfair business conditions on developers who use its Apple App Store to distribute applications to users. If confirmed, such behavior may be considered a serious illegal act, implying sanctions of up to 10% of the global annual total business volume. CNMC has two years to complete the survey.
