In addition, the Ministry of Legal Affairs of Ideal Automobile recently announced that the recent online rumors of "the latest progress of Ideal Automobile going abroad" and "signing a contract with Uzbekistan" are all false rumors. Ideal Automobile has collected relevant evidence and reported the case to the public security organs.
Recently, a blogger posted that someone recently impersonated the official authorized sales of Ideal Automobile and signed a contract with Uzbekistan, and organized a visit to Ideal Changzhou factory. There are also circulating photos of signed contracts and factory visits online.
On April 13th, the Legal Department of Ideal Automobile announced that after investigation, it was found that the "Uzbekistan sales authorization signing" displayed in some online images was not an official act of Ideal Automobile, and the images were fabricated and spread false information under the name of Ideal Automobile.
In addition, the Legal Department of Ideal Automobile emphasized that Ideal Automobile has not organized or received any factory visits targeting dealers. Regarding the description of relevant personnel entering Ideal Automobile's factory for visits, Ideal Automobile has collected relevant evidence and reported to the public security organs. The specific situation needs to wait for the investigation results of the police.
In 2023, Li Xiang, Chairman and CEO of Ideal Automobile, posted on Weibo stating that Ideal Automobile will not enter overseas markets before 2025 and will concentrate all resources to achieve its 2025 goals. The overseas market will still maintain a direct sales model. However, at the 2023 performance meeting, Ideal Automobile revealed that it will expand its overseas market and enter the Central Asian and Middle Eastern markets this year.
Recently, Ideal Automobile officially announced that the Ideal L6 will be officially launched on April 18th. The Ideal L6 is positioned as a five seater mid to large SUV, focusing on the market of 200000 to 300000 yuan.
