Beijing Business Daily News (Reporter Wei Wei) On December 12th, Amazon Cloud Technology launched a series of new services and features around underlying infrastructure, generative artificial intelligence (AI), data strategy, etc. at the 2023 re: Invent Global Conference, including the new generative AI assistant Amazon Q, more model selection and new features for Amazon Bedlock, and five new features for Amazon SageMaker to assist in large-scale development of application models.
Taking Amazon Q as an example, this is a new type of generative AI supported assistant that can be customized according to customer business needs, specifically designed to meet office scenarios. Customers can quickly obtain relevant answers to complex questions, generate content, and take action - all based on their own information repository, code, and insights into enterprise systems. The customer's content will never be used to train the underlying model of Amazon Q. Amazon Q has provided customers with a preview version, Amazon Q in Amazon Connect has been officially launched, and Amazon Q in the Amazon Supply Chain is about to be launched.
In order to provide strong data support for generative AI, Amazon Cloud Technology further enriches the selection of vector databases and introduces Zero ETL integration features that make cross data storage data access and analysis faster and more convenient. In addition, Amazon Cloud Technology has launched a new generation of self-developed chips, Amazon Graviton4 and Amazon Traineum2, providing higher cost-effectiveness and energy efficiency for a wide range of workloads such as machine learning (ML) training and generative AI applications.
