On November 14th, the "Beike City Line 2024 Public Media Open Day" was successfully held in Suzhou. During the event, nearly 40 media representatives visited the Suzhou Beike Dream City Contract Signing Service Center to experience the convenient one-stop service for second-hand housing transactions firsthand.
In the traditional second-hand housing transaction process, consumers need to travel back and forth between intermediary agencies, bank branches, government service centers, real estate registration windows, and real estate market transaction centers to complete processes such as signing contracts, fund supervision, down payments, loan interviews, transfer taxes, and obtaining certificates, which causes great inconvenience to consumers.
To this end, Beike has improved the industry's inherent real estate transaction operation mode and created a one-stop service for transactions through the method of "offline construction and online network connection": online cooperation with relevant government departments, through dedicated line pulling and online system upgrading, all processes are completed online; Offline, the physical field limitations are resolved through the signing service center, which collaborates with banks and government agencies to set up fund custody, transfer windows, self-service certification facilities, etc., effectively ensuring signing security and improving signing efficiency.
Since 2023, Beike Suzhou Contract Signing Service Center has actively promoted the upgrade of one-stop transaction services. On the basis of achieving online completion of all processes, offline services such as loan face-to-face signing, down payment, and property certificate printing have been added. This has enabled customers to complete all the procedures for second-hand housing transactions in one go, through one door, and enjoy convenient, efficient, and secure transaction services.
At present, Beike Suzhou's one-stop service points have gradually expanded to 11, covering about 90% of Beike Suzhou's transaction volume, and providing free services such as property certificate printing to the whole city. Beike has established 322 contracted service centers in 51 cities across the country, including 25 cities such as Suzhou, and has achieved varying degrees of one-stop transaction services.

Offline construction and online connectivity, Beike Suzhou creates a "one-stop transaction"
In 2023, Shell Suzhou, as one of the first one-stop service processing points of "Internet plus transfer (mortgage) registration of second-hand housing" in Suzhou, will cooperate with the government and banking institutions to create a new model of second-hand housing after-sales transaction process through "offline market building, online internet connection". Many banks and other institutions involved in different processes will be stationed in the signing service center. In September of the same year, the "one-stop" service for second-hand housing transactions in Beike Suzhou was upgraded again, with the addition of self-service certification services. After completing online transfer procedures, buyers can directly obtain their real estate certificates at the Beike Contract Signing Service Center.
At this point, Beike Suzhou has established a "one-stop" service for the entire process of second-hand housing transactions, including signing of property purchase contracts, fund custody, transaction confirmation, loan face-to-face signing, and transfer of ownership. In August 2024, Beike's one-stop self-service self-service certificate machine will achieve cross district certificate issuance in four districts, breaking geographical restrictions and enabling self-service certificate issuance at nearby locations.

Ms. Chen, a consumer, completed a second-hand housing transaction at the Beike Contract Signing Service Center. Ms. Chen sighed and said that the one-stop service for second-hand housing transactions provided by Beike has greatly improved the consumer experience. Previously, handling these procedures required traveling to many places, and it may not be possible to complete them on a single trip. It took several weeks from signing the contract to completing the household registration, let alone arranging another time to obtain the property certificate. This time, at Beike, it took a week to complete the process and even obtained the property certificate, which was really worry free
Lu Fangfang, General Manager of Suzhou Beike Trading Service Center, mentioned in her sharing that "running the transaction process is a difficult problem for almost all customers, especially those who want to 'sell old and buy new'. They have time requirements for the transaction process, and one-stop service can solve this problem very well." Since its launch in June 2023, Beike Suzhou's one-stop service has accounted for 13.4% of Beike's overall signed orders, and by December 2023, it has reached 86.3%, saving consumers an average of 5-7 hours of time per order and reducing their running frequency by 3 times.

Expanding service boundaries, Beike promotes the transformation of real estate transaction service processes
Beike fully leverages its advantages in integrating resources, improving service quality and efficiency, further facilitating the process of second-hand housing transactions, becoming a bridge and link between government, banks and other institutions and the public, and promoting the upgrading of one-stop signing service centers as part of urban convenient service facilities.
With the support of relevant government departments, Suzhou Beike has opened a one-stop self-service certificate printing machine to all citizens in the city. Even second-hand housing transactions that have not been completed through the Beike platform can obtain property certificate printing and other services at the signing service center.

Mr. Peng from Shanghai purchased a new house in Kunshan and completed the self-service printing of the real estate certificate at the Beike Contract Signing Service Center. "My house is not traded on Beike, but I can also print the property certificate on the machine by myself. Their staff will also guide me on how to operate. This service is not only free, but also saves me a lot of time in handling procedures.
It is worth noting that Beike's one-stop service is not limited to second-hand housing transactions. It is reported that Beike Suzhou Contract Center integrates a forward-looking display center, real estate service center, integrated life service aggregation center, housing transaction service supply center, and information exchange intermediary center, hoping to continuously expand its value on the basis of improving transaction efficiency and meet consumers' broader housing needs. In addition, the Beike Contract Signing Service Center also provides extended services such as successful signing photos, photo printing, and birthday themed poster production, helping consumers record important moments and receive thoughtful services beyond real estate transactions.
For over a year, Beike Suzhou's one-stop trading service has been recognized by society and the government, attracting visits and exchanges from real estate registration centers in cities such as Changsha, Nanjing, Changzhou, Xuzhou, and Xichang, and promoting the transformation of the national urban real estate trading process.
