Musk pointed out that Tesla's autonomous taxis can improve the operational efficiency of vehicles and the travel efficiency of passengers, while ensuring the safety of vehicle operation. However, as this business continues to expand, the vehicle cost will be less than $30000, and the operating cost can be reduced to $0.2 per mile. The new car is expected to enter production in 2026.
He also stated that all of Tesla's new models (Model 3, Model Y, Cybertruck, etc.) will hit the roads in California and Texas next year and be equipped with unsupervised FSD fully autonomous driving software.
