GlaxoSmithKline announced on June 10th local time that the company is seeking an appeal against the Zantac lawsuit made by the Delaware court in the United States, requesting an intermediate review of the ruling by the Delaware court. Previously, a Delaware judge approved the continuation of over 70000 lawsuits against the company's discontinued heartburn drug Zantac.
